Love Ellis Brooklyn perfumes! Bee layered with Super Amber is amazing! It just smells like Fall. The only time my husband pulled me back to him as I was walking away to ask me what I was wearing. He rarely comments on my perfumes but he loves that combo. I don't get the comparison to a Beach Walk type scent with Salt at all. I thought Salt was very unique and super salty. I really love it. Now I think Fawn smells exactly like Beach Walk. I really don't think there's any I dislike. Just wished they lasted longer....only downside.

Great review! Ellis Brooklyn is quickly becoming one of my favorite fragrance houses. Myth is my favorite fragrance for smelling clean, like you just took a luxurious shower. Sun fruit is my husbands favorite fragrance from my entire perfume collection. He goes crazy for that one. I just purchased Apple Love; it smells both sweet and fresh and warm. I also love that they don’t have the hormone disrupters typically found in fragrances.

Thanks for the overview; i'll add it to my to-try list. I'm most interested in Bee and Salt as i love honey and sea/calone forward perfumes 🍯 💙 ie Womanity by Mugler, Reveal by CK, Bee and Squid by Zoologist, Slow Drive by Hiram Green. They're all wonderful in cooler temps.

I’ve never smelled Salt but I love Skylar Salt Air. I’ve smelled Apres and Sweet - didn’t like either one at first, especially Apres because it smells medicinal sniffing the cap - repelled my husband, but the dry down is really nice - I’m bad describing notes, but I couldn’t pick anything out - it was the opposite of the menthol blast. And I was underwhelmed by Sweet, thought it lasted an hour and was going to take it back - wore it on my arm to bed and could still smell it in the morning - people say it smells like sweat on Fragrentica but I don’t get that - in fact Ari Cloud smells like BO on me with some rotten milk thrown in. It’s subtle but it’s there, sweet but a little spicy - I REALLY want to try Salt, Bee and Amber. I’m considering a big bottle of sweet, but I heard they don’t last after a year? I’d never use it up. I think it would pair well with praline pistachio fragrances too. Smells kind of like a desert.

Ganz neu von ELLIS BROOKLYN ist APPLE LOVE! Da du ja einen Apfelduft suchst, ist es vielleicht was für dich. Ich werde mir die 10ml Version bei Verfügbarkeit einmal bestellen. Habe von Ellis Brooklyn den Bodymist Sand (sehr schöner Kuschelduft- KathleenLights angefixt), das große BIOGRAPHY FRAGRANCE DISCOVERY SET und Bee in der kleinen Größe. Apres HAS to mellow on me - I love it and wish it lasted longer. I love Sweet but to try others too. Also things never smell the same on my skin as paper. Burberry Goddess smells like play dough and Burberry Elixir smells like burned plastic. Anything Mugler is a no go and I hate heady white florals, even My Way is headache inducing. For a great Amber and white musk perfumes try Nemat. Smells like your skin but better X 1000.
