Bun Kabab: the patti is made of channa lentol and fine ground beef and fried in whipped egg before being fried. The thing is chutni made of green chilli mint and few spices

As a British born Pakistani I absolutely hated the two trips i took to Pakistan as a kid. Watching your videos has inspired me to go back again and give it another chance. I have a new found respect for cheap quality food given the current rate of inflation.

Burns Rd is the OG food street in Karachi. You should visit Boat Basin as well, it's a food street near the beach; Try Sajji at Baloch Sajji, Chicken Cheese Paratha at Deira, Handi & Karahi + Barbecue at Fronteir, Baloch surprise at Baloch ivpce cream, and then mix platter at Kasr ul Nakheel. Then hit up Kolachi for Saag w. Garlic naan, Barbecue, steak and alfredo pasta.

Ah, me lad, I don’t know nothin’ about all this fancy food, right? I just had a taste of that green stuff, they call it chatni. At first, I thought it was meat, sure, ‘cause it looked a bit strange to me. It’s all smooth and green, like a sauce, but I couldn’t quite put me finger on it. I’m used to meat bein’ all red or brown, ye know? And it’s firmer, like a good steak or a juicy piece of chicken. This here chatni, it’s got a kick to it with them chilies, and it’s all tangy from the lemon, but it’s not meat, is it? It’s just fresh herbs and spices, I reckon. I must say, though, it’s tasty! Adds a lovely zing to the food, but I’ll be stickin’ to me meats when I’m lookin’ for a proper meal, if ye catch me drift!
