When I was in a village in north India I was asked "do you want water or hot milk with your cornflakes?" They have fresh milk but never drink it before it gets boiled. T.B. I did drink some cold milk but he warned me before I drank it. When I was in Delhi you can stop at a Milk store and buy full cream milk in a bag, it tasted like grass and was the best milk I ever tasted. thanks for the fun.
