This has been a mind-blowing lecture. I can see that the research is still in the stage of discovering the actual functions of regeneration. There is still a very long way before this can be connected to human limb regeneration but I hope we can reach it someday

Well conducted lecture Elly. Amazing animals these Axolotls. How far has the research progressed? Is it ready for human clinical trials in re-growing liimbs. What about other injuries? Like a knee injuring - torn meniscus in athletes for example? Thanks! Looking forward to more follow ups.
