I was just playing a match last night with two medics that had the Kritskrieg, and I was a Heavy. They chose me as their vessel and so I would have several moments where I’d give them insane kill streaks. At the end of the game I thanked them as it was a lot of fun and they thanked me for the killstreaks. One of my favorite moments playing this game.

1:26 I know that the whole bit about the comp scene is more or less a throwaway, the kritzkrieg is actually occasionally used in comp in yet another risk/reward interaction, since uber advantage is everything - you get your uber more quickly than stock, but if you don't act on that advantage, the enemy's uber will absolutely destroy yours, as you mentioned.

22:20 my take on the amputator: makes you actually have self healing and, when you have a guarranteed pocket, other melees are more lackluster. However if you dont have a pocket it might be not worth using it because your pocket wont kill anyone making you and him die and making your escape impossible, in this situation its almost always better to do sporadic ubers which makes the ubersaw a little better because you can get a little more uber on random spies.

I somehow got myself and a pyro to a flank behind an enemy defense line. They were all packed in a building and when the kritz went on half of the enemy team disappeared before they could even scream. The team just walked past the remaining feeble resistance to win the game. Kritz is the best

As a Sniper main who only played pre-bot crisis the funnies thing to me was when a Medic got tilted with Demos and Sollys not giving them kills came up to me because I was performing quite well, and Kritz'd me. I got 3 body shot kills with it which was pretty hilarious. It's a perfect meme, Kritz the sniper and have him bodyshot everyone.

We used to do a kritz to the OG Enforcer (20% extra damage on every shot, slower cloak time) and called it "Enforce the law!". It was genuinely really damn good as no one expected a spy to just 1-3 shot you. I miss that Enforcer.
