Music is about going off the beaten track. It does not matter if the style does not match. If he had tried to stay close to Chopins style, he would have played the piano.

​@@trumpetruazan7478 The performance is great, yet Chopin never wrote this (or the things Dockshitzer plays, for that matter), so you can't tell wether this or that is the "real" Chopin on the trumpet. Musical purism is downright unnecessary and narrow minded.
