Hab ich schon in anderen Videos gemacht, meine Liebe … muß ich denn immer wieder alles wiederholen, wie ein Kasettenrecorder? Es ist 1 "Monochord" (mal googlen :-), ein Holzbett mit darüber gespannten Saiten, in Gis und Fis, das Obertöne erzeugt, auch so treffend "Himmel und Erde" genannt - zumindest vom Instrumentenbauer, von dem ich mein Instrument habe :-) Obertöne wirken auf bestimmte Hirnregionen, vibrieren und stimulieren jede Körperzelle mit der RICHTIGEN Frequenz in 432 Htz. Basierend auf der Pythagoräischen Notenskala, welche die mathematisch korrekten Abstände zwischen Ganz- und Halbtönen erzeugt, anstatt willkürlich festgelegter Abstände in der 440 Htz Stimmung, von Hitlers Propagandaminister Goebbels, eingeführt. 440 Htz erzeugt Dis-harmonie - ähnlich wie früher das "weiße Rauschen" vom Testbild erster Fernseher. Diese Disharmonie wird in der gesamten Musikindustrie benutzt, was künstlichen Stress erzeugt - dabei liebt alle Welt Musik, und hört dann leider meist nur dieser falschen monopolisierten Berieselung zu. Alle natürlichen indigenen klangerzeugenden Instrumente wie Trommeln, Flöten, tibetische Klangschalen, und auch die modernen Handpans, Hangs usw., haben die ursprüngliche 432 Htz Stimmung. Unser Herz hat übrigens - wie alle Organe und überhaupt alles - auch eine bestimmte Frequenz, nämlich 432 Htz. DESHALB reagieren wir so auf die natürliche und echte Frequenz, die wohltut, heilt und entspannt. Während die falschen Frequenzen uns unruhig machen, in Dis-harmonie bringen, und eher ungesund und krankmachend sind. Obertöne im Gesang sind die sich natürlich ergebenden Töne, im richtigen pythagoräischen mathematischen Abstand, die alle miteinander in Harmonie sind. "Fallen" Annunaki from 3 or 4 D you might be able to "meet in person", but they are just people, no gods, at all - like some of them pretended, made us believe and worship them. They're only more advanced techologically than we are - not necessarily morally and ethically. I don't want to meet an Annunaki of that kind, haha. The Elohim I channel are angelic consciousness, pure energy, no physicality, from the 12th dimension - where they stay to maintain the balance with the so called "fallen ones". The more you do thaaat, the more the outside has to be the reflection of your inner state. Start with simple things, like when putting your feet onto the ground at first in the morning, say: "THANK YOU FOR THIS DAY." If you make that a habit, expressing GRATITUDE and putting your feet onto Mother Earth, you do 2 things … you entrain yourself with gratitude for the day, expecting positive things to come … better than waking up and starting to think about all the burdons on your shoulder, your loneliness etc. By thinking like that you entrain yourself with what you don't want - and you even do it unconsciously, automatically … and then you wonder, why your life is like it is? YOU CREATE YOUR REALITY, by putting your energy via your focus onto what you want, or don't want. And secondly you give out a positive signal, which magnetically pulls towards you equal energy. Gratitude does not go hand in hand with depression - that's a NO-GO ! And Gratitude is a heart opener. If you can't be grateful for small things - how can you expect the universe to trust you with bigger things? Gratitude can make you cry … tears of joy … just for the ray of sun touching your face … and it makes you feel happy :-) It all starts in the head, and we're all entrained the wrong way. ENERGY FLOWS WHERE THE FOCUS GOES ! Is that so hard to understand, to "innerstand" ? So it's up to you - you have all the power, strength and might you need, to make a change in your life … if you don't do it, don't use it … who is to blame? The others, the bad outside world not treating you right, not acknowledging you etc.? The outside is only the mirror of the inside… So how is your inside? Start there and make just one little change and you can turn around your whole ship and finally sail WHERE YOU WANT TO GO … AND TO BE :-) It's about the frequency you generate inside, your BEINGNESS - you are energy … in the end, YOU ARE LIGHT, like we all :-) And you emit, consciously or not, your frequency in every second, with every breath, every thought, feeling and action. "BE the change you want to see in the world", like Gandhi said - FIRST and foremost within yourself! Do things, that make you happy, make your heart jump with joy … What do you love? Do thaaat, and you will draw more of that into your life, instead of sitting there, complaining about all the bad happening to you and allowing self-pity to take over. YOU steer your boat - no one else. If you allow someone or something else (bad feelings & thoughts etc.) to steer your boat … sorry, dear, then that's your "mistake". We're here to learn from our mistakes, make them our best teachers and correct/change them into something better. I have already told them as a medium but I find the Elohim slightly hypocritical. Ra says the same thing in the Law of One material, it only takes 51% positivity to be eligible for positive harvest. “The Law of One blinks neither at the light or the darkness but is available for service to others and service to self. Those who have the consciousness of love are of fourth density; those who have the consciousness of hate are of fourth density, but there is a profound difference between the two. The distinction is that the entity who is oriented towards service to others will be harvestable at approximately 51% of service to others, and the entity which is harvestable for the negative path is one which is approximately 95% service to self.” Ra also clarifies that indifference does not result in harvestability. Those in between the 51% positivity and 95% negativity thresholds, who are indifferent or apathetic, do not polarize strongly enough in either direction to achieve harvest. Therefore, they must repeat the third-density cycle.

Read Matthew in the bible, he's using the "harvest" metaphor … it's about the "harvest in a garden", where the weed is allowed to grow together with the crop. At harvest time the weeds are all plugged out, one by one (think of the arrest of a well-known rapper as just being the tip of the iceberg of "being plugged out, one by one" and more arrests and truths coming out), and the crops, matured and ripe, are harvested … for to be ready for the next step of soul evolutionary development. Do you get a better idea now by that? Hopefully :-) I sense you're getting it wrong, mixed and confused with images and feelings of fear about another type of beings, negative ones, who use humans as food - if we authorize it, or it's in our souls contract to have that experience. This is not it - the "harvest" metaphor is talking about the angelic ET's, our skyfamily, who seeded us here on this planet, as "crops in a garden", to grow, learn and mature, and when we are ripe and ready - we can ascend to the next level :-) That's the harvest, not only in my understanding. Have a look at Dolores Cannon's Official QHHT website, where you surely find someone in the practicioner list, living near to you. Most have a foto, a website etc., so you can sense into that, wether it feels good ok for you :-) Dolores QHHT training is/was very good, so there shouldn't be much difference between practicioners, only in their levels = 1,2 or 3, (regarding the price). There are special questions - created by Dolores - every practicioner has to ask :-) In addition to the client's own questions, to be asked in his/her name to the subconscious/higher self by the practicioner. Haha, it's an old antique clock with a pendulum, that my beloved deceased husband gave to me … and he got it from his deceased auntie. I love that clock, it's ticking gives me a wonderful nurturing grandmother and auntie feeling, and it's filled with my husband's love, still :-) Even seem to chime at the right time, like underlining things I just said :-) Little me, my Ego, could never arrange it thaaat miraculous and wondrous way … and I'm not going to stop it before making videos - it's part of the whole. and I even think, SPIRIT uses this clock sometimes :-) to show or underline something in my videos. Really good channeling here, can you also channel exactly what/how this great harvest is? Ive heard about it before just not the details. Does the human die? How does it work? Does the harvest enable the good to triumph and only after the harvest?

Read the bible, "Matthew" or "Ra - The Law Of One" books … Matthew is using the "harvest" metaphor, Ra as well :-) If "I" would channel, and not the Elohim, you would get what "I" know … and not what they know, and they know better what to say, how, and how much to say, thank God :-) You seemingly don't understand "channeling" or have a distorted idea about it, dear. Your questions come unfortunately only from your Ego-mind, and from fear … THAT's exactly the reason, why they don't explain everything in detail … because then people start to speculate and assume even more false things - which is counterproductive. Sounds also quite front-loaded, what you ask … "fear of dying" is coming from Ego - the soul knows it's eternal ! Only the Ego fears to die. And thinking in terms of "the good triumph" … uuuh, where are you coming from …??? The "good triumph over the bad"? Not yet the right mindset and real understanding of Light and Dark … Feels a bit distorted, dear … sorry that I have to say that … And I 'm not going to further that. Educate yourself with the recommended books … It is said, that who graduates and is ready, will get the lightbody activated, and THAT is entering the next level, world, dimension, or 5 D, however you phrase it … So the human does not have to die !!! (I thought, that's common knowledge already?) Sorry, I am not letting myself being sent by you to channel, what you want to hear. If you don't do your own homework, I could channel or talk to you for hours and you would not get anything. That's why your own motivation and effort is also part of the graduation, dear. Certainly not what you wanted to hear :-) So I'm sorry, but I am not your servant, spoon-feeding your consumer mentality grabbing for knowledge you obviously cannot understand yet and/or simply get it wrong. Half knowledge or distorted one is worse than not understanding. Real knowledge can come to you, if you are able, to state - like Sokrates - "I know, that I don't know". It's a METAPHOR, dear … :-) It's not about the word but about the meaning!!! Why do you get so hung up on words and for you they have such a negative connotation … ? The meaning is = humanity matures and is ripe for the next step. If you want to misunderstand and misinterprete everything like you do - your choice. Maybe if you call it differently, like "quantum leap, evolution jump, ascension" etc., then you get the MEANING of it easier? Or don't you get the symbolic meaning of this analogy …? No, sorry, dear. If you're after channeling before your time … you only invite the wrong, because of the wrong motivation. MOTIVATION IS KEY … WHY do you want to learn to channel ??? Even if your Ego tells you, you want it to help others etc. (that's mostly just a bunch of lies your Ego smears around your belly like honey) Real channeling is in your soul contract and will come to you, by itself, when the time is ready - like it did in my case. Better leave it there, dear, and not go after after everything shiny and trendy nowadays … You don't know, wether your are really ready for it, and wether it's really within your soul contract … and you have nooo idea what may come with it and is within the contract as well - in the small print on the backside of the contract, so to speak. You have to give/offer something for that as well - it's not a one-way street, where you only take and get …You might have to offer e.g. your Ego, which is too difficult for some to do, and then you get these "fake-channelers", who learnt "how to", but weren't willing to pay the price … Sometimes you even have to sacrifice something, and you graduate for harder lessons by that, growth pains sometimes as well … I had to experience a lot of deaths, losses & sufferings, before I became who and where I am today. So you better think (or better FEEL twice) before you utter a wish like this - because if it get's fulfilled, you might be terribly surprised :-) I have no classes, no workshops, no webinars … that's how it's meant, in my case. I just share and make my videos - what people do with that … is not my responsability. And as I carry on learning and growing, my soulpath, or mission, might open up new things for me :-) As it does for everyone, who's willing to take his own lessons, "pay the price" so to speak, and grow … towards a higher will than just your own. So whatever you hear about something, especially contradicting statements, confuses you and then you have to ask someone else, dear? :-) This world is duality, with 2 polar opposites - one is as true as the other … depending on your viewpoint. They're just 2 halfs, forming the WHOLE :-) The whole universe is created in duality, and it's about balance of the polar opposites - like in the YIN/YANG sign. The 2 fundamental forces … in the everlasting dance of creation. And asking me now about it … you will believe my answer? Haha, then you're still not getting better, grown-up, matured and standing in your own self-authority - following YOUR OWN inner TRUTH, dear :-) HOW DO YOU FEEEEL doing Yoga? Does it feel good to you? And WHY are you doing it? What's your motivation? MOTIVATION IS KEY !!! Does it help you in your body, mind & psyche, to calm down, stretch out a bit, and find even in a tense position the place, space and moment of relaxation??? By doing that physically, you might also learn to expand that into your mind & psyche, see? That's what you can learn there … If that's the case, then do it as long as you like and as long as it benefits you. No matter what others, christians or whoever tells you. There's a wonderful saying from Buddha: "If you meet Buddha underway - kill him." Means if you're on your way, following your soulpath, and you meet "other Buddha's" telling you the contrary or different things - don't get distracted by that (you don't really have to kill them, that's metaphorically !!!). Always LISTEN & FEEL what your own inner feeling, sense, is telling you. And if you follow the wrong thing, don't worry, haha … life will show you pretty soon, what's wrong and right FOR YOU … And the mistake shows you "how not to" … It's a great teacher, as well :-) Blessings, love & light
