Meaning, when the person stops talking he jumps back in to keep it going. But He knows when it happens with Elon its Elon thinking about his answer and he lets him do that. Me saying Tucker is normally quicker is not me saying he interrupts. There’s a difference. Its a compliment to his ability as an interviewer to adjust based on who he’s talking too.

When you go in to vote you have to give your basic info, and if you aren't registered, you can't vote. This opens a little potential to commit voter fraud, and personally I think they should be required to give their ID when they go to vote, but either way it's not that big of a deal.

There is an option under voter registration to not provide ID or a social security number (and you can obtain a mail-in ballot this way). There have been many lawsuits over this throughout the country and now AZ is facing similar backlash. Most blue states actually don’t require ID to vote but do need something even a SSN to at least register.
