I couldn’t agree with you more it almost seems like Elon Musk got singled out, but the real issue wasn’t about him. It was about free speech and what that judge ruled. I think this was a gross omission of the facts and a misrepresentation of what Musk is trying to do. You don’t have to like or admire musk to support free speech. The job of the court is just limited to implementation of the law. And, no man, irrespective of how influential he is with respect to money or power, should be allowed to overstep this boundary. If someone does so he/she should be held accountable and duly punishable. In this particular case, if the man is Musk, then action against him or his platform will be well justified.
