Have you considered reversing signs for people born in the Southern hemisphere? So in case of Musk he'd be Capricorn Sun and rising, Pisces Moon etc. Since tropical astrology is based on equinoxes and solstices, we have to keep in mind that seasons work differently in both hemispheres. For example, June 21st is typically the longest day in the north but the shortest day in the south. I think the signs' symbolisms largely follow this logic (Capricorn and Aquarius are homes of Saturn which is distant and cold, Cancer and Leo are homes of the Sun and the Moon which are the "royalty" of the planets so get to enjoy the nicest period etc.). My experience with analyzing such "reversed" charts has yielded pretty believable results. I'm not super familiar with Musk but based on what I know about him, his Capricorn Sun and especially Mercury make sense considering his entrepreneurial abilities and how ambitious he is, Pisces Moon adds a lot to him being wacky and offbeat and Leo Mars gives him enough confidence to do whatever he wants and not give a damn. I won't be trying to convince you that it's the right way but maybe give it a try if you haven't. Thankfully, fixed stars and houses won't be affected by this change

I've heard of this before. In my opinion, it doesn't matter what signs are what honestly, whether they changed or if they have different names, if we have 12 signs or 50 signs. No matter where someone is born, all people born in June and July have the Sun in that section of the sky. That section, whatever you want to call it, has a certain energy about it that we call "Cancer."

The other thing to keep in mind is that opposite signs tend to act as each other to find the balance, and because that's how reality works. An identity is outlined by the presence of its opposite.
