Without dramatically improved battery technology (much lighter, far more power density, etc) this is a pipedream, and a niche not worth wasting time on. Same goes for semi's, albeit for different reasons (charging infrastructure needed to keep a fleet running daily, weight destroying roads, etc). RV's make up such a tiny portion of vehicles, and people want to take them off the beaten path, that such a vehicle is completely impractical as an EV with today's tech. 10-20 years, maybe. But not today. Tesla should just concentrate on fulfilling the promises it's made so far, and not worry about new ones.

RV isn't a good enough description. motorhome or trailer or ??? If it were me; then a smaller version of the tesla semi pulling a trailer that uses batteries in both rigs for power in the trailer. OR the RV would be a long version of the smaller semi with a really great living quarters in the rear.

Elon Musk seems to make a lot of promises but never delivers, unless it’s a death trap, maybe he should get into current British politics and become a MP! He comes across as a person with too much money but crap ideas. Perhaps Mr Musk needs to calm down, stop putting too much pressure on himself to be the tops of the billionaire club and go back to basic, and decide for himself how he wish to improve humanity for the future of his children. Unfortunately being a billionaire don’t automatically makes you a saint, and when you think about it, (apart from Princess Diana,) every person that had made a different for humanity and are recognised in our history, nearly all of them have been broke. If anyone truly wants to make a difference, I think the first step is to become your own individual so that you won’t feel the need to compete with others. If I could ask Elon Musk for an invention that would benefit people like myself with life-long health issues and limitations, for real a medical tricorder that actually works and an injection system with no needles, man how it would make life more bearable and on-the-ball manageable. I bought some more Tesla shares, if they go down I'll fish some more. Hard to say about the stock. I'm more interested in the phone. Can it be manufactured in the factories?
