Getting insurance out of control of medical care will benefit citizens. Our doctor, not some non medical person, will prescribe our care , test, and need for any referrals. Allowing competition between medical accessory companies ie: CT scans and MRI will reduce cost not raise it.

Once they start cutting govt spending, they need to lower taxes. Tired of working long hours with stress just to see a big chunk taken by uncle Sam to waste. No respect for how hard citizens work. Seems like half of our taxes are wasted by the govt, so if taxes were halfed over the life of an individual and a person invested that half in 401k or any other retirement account it would easily have upwards of 250K to million by the age of 65. Folks would have a better retirement than the measly $1300 monthly SS average that people are living on.

I have been a proponent for decades, to move aid recipients back into the work force if they aren't already. A few states have done this or have limited the benefits given based on a child cap, so if you have 2 or 4 kids, the cap is at two. This helps incentivize people to support themselves as a state/federal funded "lifestyle" isn't available. I have known people who live off the system, yet are physically capable of working.
