Immigration to USA was always difficult.. rejections are very common in 2000 and only a qualified person would be selected and for F1 visa rejections are much much higher , they used to really strict those days, visa interviews at Indian consulates when standing in queue you see more rejections than acceptance but now it just completely changed specially even if they bring back the same level of acceptance and rejection I’m sure many Indians will not receive visas the standard was high back then so quality that’s in US was also good but now it’s all messed and these lawyers are the ones making lot of money specially consulting companies and lawyers made a lot of money from H1 and F1 candidates, there is actually less jobs in us , in fact US kids who just graduated are finding difficult to get jobs that’s the truth.. it’s not easy anymore MBA or MS no one needs yous degree it just a paper as there are so many in US now on top of all these now it’s AI so no developers are needed .. don’t trust these lawyers they just make more difficult to everyone without knowing any fact he is just giving his opinion
