He would be hamstrung then, by both federal AND state laws! He'll be doing an AMAZING job staying OUTSIDE the strictures of employment IN either govt. One reason DOGE will be so wildly successful is it is OUTSIDE the govt! DOGE identifies and recommends and *TRUMP* acts within HIS govt'al powers to make the necessary changes! AND if need be: DOGE and Trump CAN 'force' Congress to do as they SHOULD -- because We the People are now both WATCHING and watching AND able to raise hell with our "representatives" AND vote them OUT BEFORE they sell us out again!!
