Guess you have to read terms and conditions. Because if you forget your account password. If the company doesnt want to back the access to the account, they wouldnt. I am currently trying to get back my account and they said that they deactivated it. So everything on it is gone. If they can do that for inactivity then i guess you have no rights to the information. Well maybe to access it. They can shadow ban people too. You honestly have no rights online other than your content you posted. You own the content. Ohh another thing is if they can disabling posting, but you can comment only. So I dont know how far you can go.

@@raiford5082 Well the account has to be disabled. I have many game accounts I want to sell but if I do or try to do. My account can get banned. Not sure if twitter has a policy for selling accounts but am sure they do. So the seizure and sale of the account goes against it's policy I believe so they should just take it down. If they claim ownership of it and let Alex Jones use it. I wonder if legally onion has a case.

i dont think elon can just lock or close an account because it was bought at auction. because they didnt buy twitter account they bought the infowars IP. it would be like if microsoft bought atari and twitter banned the atari business account because it was "bought"
