but my question is padha kahan 12 hrs. she only studied for 6-7 hours. to do list mein likha tha she didnt study. 3 hours of history. 2 hours of geography, revison ka pata nahi slot3,4 ka bhi koi ata pata nahi. toh i dont see 12 hours, ad if you sleep around 10. how can you wake up at 3, it is 5 hours of sleep and u claim it is possible, yes it is possible for some days then you soul will leave your body, sleep is necessary for 7-8 hours. 12 hrs ka padhai will all the households not possible, sorry no hate just being logical

Yes, I totally agree with you. Daily 12 hours study karna impossible hain aur aisa karna bhi sirf bewakoofi hain. Our brain has a limit. According to my 24 routine in home ,main jab 10 th ki board exam ki preparation kar rha tha tab main bhi sirf 6 to 7 hours padhta tha . For Example 6 or 7hrs= 1/ 1hr for maths practice.(After dinner or when I gets bored) 2/ 1hr for making notes and solving the questions of previous years question papers. 3) and 4 or 3 hours for reading and reminding the notes which I prepared.(Actually main jyadatar sham se lekar 1 do ghante notes banata tha aur midnight study karta tha for example from 11p.m to 2 or 3 a.m . Because Mujge midnight padna jyada pasand according to whether tab January aur November December ke mahine preparation karte the toh winter season main raatein jyada lambi hoti hain aur din choti toh raat ko padna jyada comfortable tha tab aur mera study time abhi bhi wahi hain) According to my experience this is enough for a student who is preparing for any exam. otherwise koi thoda jyada 8 hrs tak bhi jaa sakta hain but agar daily continue padhoge toh 4 to 5 hrs bhi kaafi hain👍

Di I want to advise you to lower your back pain That when you go to sleep or lye on bed put a pillow under you back for at least 10-15 min and then remove it You will definitely get relief from back pain...
