No we didn't. We made arrangements ourselves. We took some chances but luckily everything worked out and all of the companies were great. (Driver, officiant, make-up etc)

Hi do you know the name of the garden you’re in next to the carousel?

Hi - the ceremony and the carousel were all in the Jardin des Plantes. It was beautiful and less busy than some of the other public gardens in Paris. You won't regret eloping!
