She is making a vegan chicken dish using king oyster mushrooms and then she used "chicken style" stock which is plant based which I assume maybe gives it a more "chicken" taste than a vegetable stock would. I would have missed it too but I replayed the video. Isn't it amazing we have these options available in the world 😊

I think it is a vegan flavored stock. It said chicken style stock so I'm guessing she used it to replicate the mushrooms to be like actual chicken.
