If Norway doesn’t pick you for Eurovision I’ll be mad as hell- I mean, this is pure quality! The part when you sing “deserve my love” gives me goosebumps every time, especially in the last chorus, and also at “Now I cannot listen to your heartbeat cuz I’m afraid it’ll stop”- like, the lyrics and the melody are so beautifully melancholic and you do an amazing job at unifying them and delivering the whole pack to the listener 💯

Just found and listened the song today, Ive been watching the final performance few times and I really was convinced that this was the song Norway voted. Dont have too high hopes about the staging, cause NRK seems to have very limited ideas and never comes up with anything spectacular we havent seen before (to lift the songs). Always the same boring stages and backgrounds. The empty stage with just Elsie and instruments made the song colder...and definately didnt lift the song. It would even be better with some dancers doing a modern danc fx (even if thats not anything new).

Once again we lost our chance of winning Eurovision when "Death of us" didn't win, I really thought it would win. I was in chock. The winner melody is fancy, cool and original, but I think "Death of us" is higher quality and it touches our hearts. I love songs that makes me feel a lot and this one really does.
