Wow! What an honour! I always wanted to ride bulls as a kid living in Australia. I watched 8 Seconds when it first came out and just knew I had to do that. So a few years later I was in a position to do it and spent a couple of great years riding around Queensland AUSTRALIA. Always tried to be that kind of person who was looking out for others, like Lane. RIP Lane. You are still missed.

Loved this! I was at a little fair here in Louisiana the other day and the local 4H club brought some animals for the kids to pet, including two little calves named Tuff and Lane. Thought that was pretty neat :) crazy how their friendship is still inspiring to people now, 25 years since Lane's been gone.

Thanks for sharing this video, it's very gracious of Mrs. Frost to open her house like this. I was fortunate enough to meet Lane in Guthrie at Bullmania in February of 1989 and will never forget his contagious smile. Thanks Lane.

it's plain to see why Lane was so much more than a Champion Rodeo Cowboy- Lane Frost was a World Champion Person and his Momma is a window to his soul- what a special lady- The tears still erupt after all these years

And it is such an honour to Lane that someone like yourself (who was born ten years after his death) still looks up to him. Bravo young man. Well done. There are lot worse people you could choose as role models. Good luck in your rodeoing and stay true to yourself.

Pawn the buckle, saddles, sell the pictures, cows, horses, shoot the dog, call humane society for the cat, make a will, because all this shrine will be history & just memories to relatives when you both are gone. Use the money from stuff for a vacation of a lifetime, just once before your admitted to a home care. Once you check in there's no checking out or you wouldn't know who you are anymore. Move on & enjoy what is left.
