If you still don't know about the bug: Long time ago, MP Room had bug in Hell, that there are no tombs coming = you can skip after room is cleaned (does not count normal or luto). Later it got fixed and also added a tomb at the beginning, make it nearly impossible to skip.

Code Empress has a Passiv Skill wich sometimes resets all Special Active cooldowntime. So mareg can use the same skill twice.

Actually, you can. Just stack up some Evasion. But in the end, it is pointless to dodge that, it barely does any damage at all and you would still get to that delusioned map even if you dodged it.
