Because you could practically turn a 1v1 into a 3v1 with the hyper + dimension link. The enemy wouldn't know who to hit, therefore leaving himself open. In PvE it is kind of trashy though I suppose, they could've added ranged attacks for thunderbolt but that'd be OP in arena.

You need an item to use it (an easy to get item) Level 65, and in PvP you start with the skill already in cooldown. And the quest for the skill requires 10 runs of henir

VC's Burning Buster is No.1. 2nd place is a toss-up, but I usually hear MM's Apocalypse and CEm's Ferdinand ( Don't remember the actual name. Code: Lightning or something like that ).

Well in my opinon (and probably the elwiki as well since as they are both NPC their full damages cannot be tell) that MM and CE's HAs are not to be counted as a strong HA when combining their damages.

Tactical Trooper I do see what you mean. I sorted them by damage, utility, and usefulness. And since you can't really get a good reading on how much damage MM's and CEm's HA actually does, I guess they are in a category of their own.

the skills are all extremely powerful but to unlock them it involves beating all the secret dungeons on hell while getting certain items off the bosses beating henir on challenge and stuff the skills also have a very long cd like 280secs i think because there extremely powerful so in pvp your only getting one off lol void princesses can actually go the whole lenght of a map

The skills are nerfed when they get it pvp so you won't be getting hit for 1bill so it does about 20-30% of your hp.

idk about special stone, but i do know some facts about them; in pvp they're slated with a huge amount of dmg reduction; the most you'll do on a 1vs1 with same levels is enough to take out half hp; not very diffrent from back when the 300mp skills did that to everyone... furthermore most of them are multihitters so consider how easy it is to mana break :\ if anything, code empress' scares me the most cause of the extra combo hits :|
