I dropped Elsword for almost a year due to inactivity, but I picked it back up a couple of weeks ago because of the 6th anniversary event. 2x Exp events, free armor sets, etc. The 2x Exp event was a real help, since I created a new character and went from level 1 to level 85 in just a matter of days. And it was the first time I got past Velder. I got to Hamel, to Sander, to Lanox. To Atlas. The moment when I saw Yuno in the station he immediately became my favorite character. He was such a cute and kind character, and I really liked hanging out in Atlas Station because he was there, and because the scenery there and in Elysion are breathtaking. Normally I don't follow the story and plot of the game, but at this point I decided it'd be a good idea to do so. Because hey, it could mean getting to know Yuno and Nono a bit more! And I was happy to do so, to complete the dungeons and actually get rewards, even if I had to repeat some a lot. The other day I was feeling very bad thanks to school; I was upset because of a failed test. I got to the quest that required me to play Elysion Tower. Code Maya, alright, was a nice boss! But then... then this happened. I was devastated, hit once more with the one curse I have where all my favorite characters die in some way. I'm used to it, but Yuno was the one character I really didn't want to get killed off. This was the last straw and I broke down. I finished the quest, read the next part of the story, and closed the game. Now my favorite area keeps causing me sadness, and I've lost some motivation to keep playing. I just hope I can get back up again...
