Many have asked how to spring step to the left. When I played, I generally used my thumb on the left arrow key, index on the down arrow, and middle finger on the up arrow. Sometimes people use 2 hands and use their left hand to press the left arrow key. The keyboard shown in the video is also a Razer BlackWidow.

Do note that most players don't use a gaming keyboard. So most keyboards will ghost. As seen in the video your using a razer keyboard which have anti-ghosting. A lot of these steps may seem simple here but it's because of the anti-ghosting. For keyboards that ghost you have to press the buttons 1-2 at a time cause if you press 3 or more you have a chance of it not working.

Ik this is like 5 years but I have a keyboard that ghosts and its the same with me I can sustain spring step for awhile but after a short time it falls off.

Awesome. This helped a lot. But I still have a question. For the basic spring step, I see you use your forefinger and middle finger to step towards right side. But what about to the left ? Use ring finger instead of forefinger?

Is that the only method to spring step on the go? I am used to Eve's spring stepping up ^v by sliding my fingers from up to down. But this looks like its the opposite. . . how do I go about going down and up with ease? e.e

Remilia Zero you need a mechanical keyboard, he got a mechanical keyboard indeed.... mechanical keyboard are pretty much expensive... like 70$- 150 $ you probably have a membrane keyboard, if you do not know the difference between these 2 go to KZbin and search..

i vstep slightly different with chung and have gotten used to it, so vstepping with other characters is kinda hard :x can't seem to get consistent circle steps on chung either

BTW the keyboard you're using in the video I can tell by the green lights and the way it looks its a razer it also looks similar to my brothers which makes clicking sounds when you press a button.

Thats actually the keyboard I am using now. It's very good for a membrane keyboard and it actually reacts faster than the blackwidow in my opinion.

One main issue I'm going to have to solve when I get the game, is that over time of playing online FPS, I've stapled myself to WASD, instead of arrow keys...Do they let you customize controls?

Ya there really isn't any advantage in terms of speed but overall its just a way of looking fancy and unpredictable. Plus if you spring step efficiently, you have a lot more control on flat ground.

While spring stepping you move faster and can maneuver faster than others. You can also use this to get to the other side of the map in a pvp and jump behind them quickly and repeatedly jump behind them during combos to make it practically infinite. Ironically, I fail completely at doing the spring step even though I have a razer keyboard. Don't know what I'm doing wrong.

You can change your controls to WASD and do it. Im left handed so the arrow keys feel akward to me plus im used to WASD from a ton of other games. I suggest setting Z and X to O and P respectively aswell since its a good distance away and close to the number keys for your abilities. With these controls you can pull these moves off aswell. Hope this helps!

Yes it is the same. Well at least for me it is. However, Raven can't sweep with X the same way Elsword can.

It's like how somebody can tap their fingers on a desk or so. You know when your fingers, starting from your index finger, to your middle finger and so on, go in that pattern? It's like that, but with the up and down keys. I hope this helped a bit.

Buy a anti ghosting capability keyboard. Ur problem will be solve, i recommend, razer black widow. Probably death stalker is the cheapest.

Yeah it almost looks like it was at the same time but its like the feeling of rolling your fingers on your desk. I had the blackwidow in this video but I switched to the razer deathstalker. The deathstalker worked best for me.

Erm im not too sure what step you're trying to perform but it could also could be the kind of keyboard you're using. Some keyboards arent capable of doing things such as spring stepping.

it's a mechanical keyboard for GAMING. it's a razer blackwidow ultimate (I don't know if it's stealth) I have the razer blackwidow ultimate stealth 2014 and gaming is SO MUCH MORE easier with this keyboard.

you can spring step with Aisha, but it's a bit more efficient to teleport or >>^^(hold for about half a second) repeat.
