Not sure how to answer this since it's different for each person. The most I can suggest is the same thing, just play passive and run around. If it's against a melee I would suggest only hit confirming when your at the back of opponent. If it's a ranged character then your screwed.

Uhh, nothing specific in terms of speed. You could pretty much do this on any percentage (save for some super jumps due to jump speed). 20% on all of your speed values is fine.
