the one problem i have with Erwin(Iris too) is that most of his skills leave him standing in one place for too long.

The biggest problem with Erwin is his channeling/charging skill time, almost all of his skills will require him to stand still for 2~4 seconds to deal full damage. This really hurts his capability to solo run, as you have to constantly dodge the boss' attack, leaving you almost no time window to channel/charge your ability. In team runs, you have to watch the boss all the time too, if the boss aggro is on you, you have to quickly cancel your skill to dodge, and if the skill is un-cancellable? Well then the boss will cancel it for you (by his instant-kill attack or some nasty debuffs) :sadpepe: One more thing is that his skills cost too much SG, he has 10 SGs in total, and all his stronger skills cost around 3~5 SGs per cast, that is too much, even Lily doesn't have to deal with this kind of SG consumpion. If you buffs, then you have no SGs for damage skill and vice versa which results in constant SG potion spamming, and if SGs pots in on cooldown then you're basically a sitting duck. Last but not least, all of his %damage sucks.

i see that erwin has quite a few problems, but that doesn’t change the way i feel about him, i still like him lol

In the past, a lot of characters shared these problems but some didn't have the safety of range he had with long skills or had much longer cooldown for skills with similar damage- eg long charging time on wind break for haru pre-buff, long uncancellable ultimates on stella especially, the jump2 problem shared with lily, etc. So his problems lie more with an outdated kit compared to the recently buffed girls. If they give him the same quality of life treatment as they did with the others and bumped his numbers up a little he would be in a much better position maybe Also for a relatively low sg and cd skill sky high is considered decent already since it can proc gauntlet very easily too. In the current CDR meta u dont run out of high damage skills to use on him much. It can be nice filler like somersault on iris

The biggest problem of Erwin : he 's more of a wizard from WOW or D&D, than a gunslinger - he casts, he channels, and he summons, but he barely shoots people !

어윈이 본캐는 아니지만, 개인적으론 고공속상태에서 블레이즈 호버 사용시 공중에 채공하는 걸 고쳐주고, 소울런처를 중간에 캔슬할 수 있었으면 좋겠네요(스텔라 베이스어택처럼). 히하에서 딜하려고 소울런처 켰는데 보스가 힘자랑하면 눈물납니다...

i mean... I still like Erwin's kit but if anything, he needs a redo on his animations n such... Like a redo/overhaul animations. Though I get it, all the characters must have a their own thing and flaws to them, cause it's what makes them unique. However, for him to compete with most of the girls that a lot of people play mostly like Haru, Chii and so on.
