It actually started out at normal tempo for a split second and it just kept getting faster. I'd love to see how many bpm's it increased. The studio version is 150bpm this must have wound it's way up to at least 180bpm. I bet his heart was'nt far off that as well.

Usually because you can barely see the performer behind a massive grand piano!! Side on you can see the performer actually playing the piano and the player is concentrating on playing rather than looking towards the crowd. IMO
