I am in awe. I feel so alone in this fandom though, everything is from years ago.

This musical needs to come back on stage. It's unlike any other and deserves to be known!

Hello eltonj4ever! It´s great to see that there are very young people who listen to such excellent artists. Let me tell you, I started with Sir Elton when I was 13. It was in 1973 and I heard "Crocodile Rock". Now I´m 51 and still don´t have a day without his music. My other favourite is Mr. Chris Rea. Best wishes from Germany.

I know you made this comment years ago, but if you google "lestat elton john demo", you'll find a website that's collected *all* of the Lestat recordings, including this one. :)

I loooooove Elton John. Love the man and his music. But if there was ever a time when Anne Rice imagined any one of her novels being a musical, I don't think she imagined Elton John would be singing for or producing them. XDD I can see her going a little heavier with the music. Still melodic, but heavier. Maybe something like Queen or Meatloaf. Not...Elton John. But that's just me.
