Yo la prepare. El bizcochuelo no salió muy alto con suerte lo parti en tres. La ganache me salió muy dura, tuve que aumentar leche. De sabor todo muy rico

Hola Karina, qué número de molde usaste? Si usas un molde mas grande va a salir más baja, con respecto a la ganache lleva crema de leche, no lleva leche.
