Thank you for sharing. It saddens me seeing the condition of disrepair that has fallen upon such an iconic Kaserne, as Ray Barracks. This was my home from January ‘83 until July ‘85 with the Bandit Scout Platoon 1/32 Armor. I was also a UPNCO at the main gate at the end of my tour. Many great memories of Friedberg & the German people. Such a beautiful country with a long & proud history. Tschüss.

@DavidHuletlevensgoesting We were supposed to go in October, but there was a mix up when we ordered tickets, so we had to settle for November. If you do come over, we'll definitely have to meet up. London is only around 80 or so miles from where I live
