there's something about him that's so special. everything that he was talking about in surrounding yourself with people who will love you and yet at the same time hold you accountable and talks of what surrounding voices will say that will warp your reality or self worth, or the narratives that either makes him feel really great or incredibly depressed...that, i don't know, when hearing that it makes me feel like there's been so much he's dealt with internally and i feel like he's that type of person who does let outside voices cave in sometimes (i mean there's so much pressure, so it almost makes sense that he can feel that way of course), but allowing himself to openly admit those certain areas where usually there can be those working in the acting industry who would'nt even stoop that low to confess those feelings, it really just goes to show the character of who Austin is. and that is someone who is more down-to-earth and is able to keep admiring life at the way it is, and not specializing it as anything higher than others. he's truly humble and level-headed and carries such insight and way of words which is so inspiring. it's one of those rare finds these days. i also loved the interviewer, she's so radiant and genuine :)) sorryyyy that was so much to say (i can get so carried away sometimes)

I love his tone of voice and how he speaks. I know that the film doesn’t touch on the negative impact Elvis stealing music from black musicians had BUT I still can’t wait to see what Austin does with this role. I honestly still can’t wait. He seems like such a sweetheart 🥰

I don’t mean to sound rude but I’m confused. For me stealing is, for example, Elvis singing songs and not giving credit to the original song writer or singer. But all of them are credited. If we google search we see the creators’ names. Some songs got more famous because of Elvis because those times were of racial divide and also because he was a great composer and performer. Still, credits are given, a simple google search reveals that. So I’m confused why people keep saying he stole when all credits are given.

I watched the movie Elvis yesterday and Austin did a phenomenal job with this role. I really didn’t know much about Elvis but only heard the negative aspects of his story throughout life. I really wanted to watch it to see if they told the story right about Elvis’s influence from Black culture. They missed the mark of really addressing the negative aspects about it. But Austin really made the film with his talent.
