It's so strange to see Ms. Anita portrayed as a star. I grew up with her daughter, Jonnita and to us Ms. Anita and Mr. Johnny were just Jonnita's parents. They were just a normal family. She would tell us stories about her and Elvis sometimes.

Priscilla is een businesslady, who only loves herself. She didn't love Elvis nor Lisa and doesn't love Riley and LM's twin daughters. Maybe she loves her son Navarone, who is an addict (heroine and fentanyl) without a proper income. She does love Scientology and controlling others. Priscilla made Elvis Presley lose two lovers, that were talented and really loved Elvis Presley: Ania Wood and Ann -Margret Olssen. Without Priscilla he could have married one of them and would have had a much better life.

sometimes a person makes a decision they later regret. If there's a third party involved, Interfering, it becomes crowded. I'm sure both wondered if they made the right choice to breakup for the right reason. Years later, ANITA tells about visiting ELVIS In Vegas after seeing his show, ELVIS asked if they made the right decision to breakup?? ANITA, writes about the emotional visit . ANITA , BEAUTIFUL, SWEET, CLASSY LADY ❤️ GOD BLESS🙏🙏. 2021

She should have stayed. She was already at Graceland. Elvis would not have broken up with her and Priscilla was out of state. Even with all the writing and phone calls from Priscilla, Elvis did not break up with Anita. She should have waited a bit, and she would have been Mrs. Presley. Priscilla pretended she did no see anything. She played a different game to get her Mrs.

I have never actually heard this, only heard about it. Thank you very much for sharing. I think it says so much about who Elvis was listening to this recording. He never joined in or tried to show her “ his way”. He just stayed in the background and let her shine. A very humble gentleman.

I'm glad that Elvis was a gentleman that tried to help others and also had fun at what he was doing. Not one of those stuck up types as we have today in the music business that doesn't want anyone to touch them, they just want you pay the over priced ticket so they can do the show and hurry back to their bus. Just imagine Elvis was under contract in Vegas to do 3 shows a night for years and with all the energy he put into each show>>wow!!

I just love this song from Anita, Elvis knew how to arrange a song to get the best from it & the singer. If he had married Anita imagine how beautiful & talented their children would have been. I so wish that Anita had been picked up & had become a recording artist of more popularity than she got. She certainly had the talent & after reading her book, I believe that she never stopped loving Elvis. Anita brought her daughter up with the stories of her & Elvis so that shows how she still loved him & I do believe that Elvis always must have wondered what might have been different for him if he had married Anita. So sad.

Elvis Presley was faithful to Anita until he was sent to Germany where he lived with his father and grandmother. Red West stayed there too. Anita wanted to join Elvis in Germany but Parker prevented her from going to Neuheim. Partly because Elvis, for publicity reasons, had to be seen as a bachelor and partly because Parker wanted control over Elvis and a girlfriend like Anita, who really loved Elvis, would make Elvis stronger and less vulnerable to Parker's control. Parker had somebody spy on an earlier girlfriend of Elvis, June Juanico, and interfered with her relationship with Elvis. After June and Anita Parker also played an important role in the break-up of Elvis and Ann Margret while being supported by Paul Beaulieu. Parker didn't allow any girlfriend to stand in the way of his control over Elvis. Priscilla Wagner Beaulieu always supported Parker against Elvis which proves she didn't love Elvis Presley but was only after his money and famous name. In Germany Elvis also had a relationship with Elisabeth Stefaniak, who was Vernon's secretary and lived in the house in Neuheim. Grandmother Minnie Mae was very fond of Elisabeth and encouraged her to switch to Elvis' friend Rex Mansfield, who was in love with Elisabeth. They married after Rex was discharged from the army and Elisabeth had moved to the U.S A. In the 18 months Elvis stayed in Germany Elisabeth mostly slept in Elvis' bed even in the last months when Elvis was dating calculating Priscilla Wagner-Beaulieu.

Poor recording, or poorly recorded it still is beautiful. Wrong photo on the album though, I wonder if it's just a few or the whole run maybe a collectors item. Mi manca e Ti amo 💋💔

Anita Wood was a good women for Elvis Presley I don't know why she left him she should have stayed with him till he chose between her and Pricilla,

I think, if I'm not mistaking, Anita found a letter from Priscilla when he was seeing Anita and she called it off.

@@janettesixtiesgal1367 So you think in someones home you see a letter addressed to someone else and you reading its contents is not "Snooping"?!! i have never heard how anyone knows Exactly HOW she found it , even so Anita has said she found the letter and read it and i have never heard or read her say "i wanted to read a book and the letter fell out "! but no matter how she came by the letter she should NOT have read it . it was NOT her business or addressed to her. if a letter fell out she should have put it down or gave it to elvis saying this fell out the book! you DO NOT read other peoples mail its an invasion of privacy girlfriend or not , if she had ANY suspicions he was cheating she should have jst asked him , if not satisfied she could have hired an investigator NOT read his mail !!

@gassbaggerwoods5955 Actually, “ I wanted to read a book and the letter fell out” is exactly what Anita said happened. I just finished Anita’s daughter’s book a few days ago, they actually wrote it together. Anita was staying with Elvis at one of the rentals in California and the home had a very large library. So she went in there to look for a book to read and saw a book on a desk. She opened it to see what the book was about and the letter fell out. By the way, the “Priscilla” movie shows Priscilla also finding a love note to Elvis which she also confronting him about. Was it also wrong for Priscilla to snoop? I don’t see how Anita should be judged and PB is not. In fact, in her book PB talks about also finding Anita’s letters to Elvis in Germany when she was in the attic of Graceland.
