It'll be because he's sung the song exactly the same and he's trying to be and sound like elvis.. even though that's his voice.. but they want to hear his own arrangement of songs.. cos it's not an elvis impersonating competition.. just like how some people sound like they're singing at a karaoke.. and the judges have always said this.. they want to hear their voices not them sounding like the singer.. just listen to the other ones who've sung elvis songs on the voice and you'll see the difference

There are plenty of singers who sound similar to other artists (for example almost every black woman singing Whitney Houston) but they aren't being accused of impersonating. There's very few singers in these shows that have distinctive unique voice, so in a way they are all impersonating. This guys voice is more unique than most of the people in these shows.

When they turn it's because they want to basically tutor that person. Some of them might be a Pop artist or DJ, which with this contestant they wouldn't turn around for. And Oscar Esparza, you are pretty stupid if you think that this show doesn't look for great impressions, when 90% of the people that sing do covers of songs already established.

Just because they enjoy his song doesn’t mean they’re rude for not turning. Turning means you want him on your team. Now, I don’t know anything about these judges, but he may not have been a good fit for their teams or style. So while they really enjoyed his song, they didn’t want to turn because that would mean they want him.

In France, we have so many good talents (who are better than David Thibault with their own vocal identity and universe) that it is really complicated to turn around for a singer who sings like Elvis. We have so many good talents for that. In England, for instance (and I know what I'm talking about because I watched every sessions of The Voice Il), their talents are not as good as French talents. In France, they are all so good that you have to make sacrifices from the very first show.

They didn't turn because the programme is based on seeking new voices he is more like an imitator of Elvis as the jury says in 0:51. The other jury that turned says "Yeah but he is able to do it great !". Besides the one that has turned (Pagny) is one of the best juries to train him so maybe they just let the guy to him. So of course all the juries enjoy that beatiful performance but there are so many tallents and limited space in their team that they are choosing cautiously. (sorry if i have gramatical mistakes :D but i think that may satisfy your question)
