Hi You are spot on. The girl in the film kidnaps Elvis's character, because she likes him. She keeps drugging him into unconsciousness. Hence he doesn't know what's real or fake. The video you are watching is a dream sequence as Elvis begins to once again lose consciousness. Brilliant song one of his best from the Later movies. Frank
