From what I read online, Elvis Presley never watched Star Wars. But he really wanted to, though. He even tried to buy a film print for his daughter, but he died of an overdose before he got the chance. I wonder what he would've thought of it, if he watched it.

I did notice some similarities... Anakin's pod racer is the same color as Lucky's car, construction of front side of pod racer looks a bit like Lucky's car.
