Elvis puts the emotions in every song he sang, like no other performer can; still has never been matched, never ever will...Who could sing Rock and Roll, Rhythm and Blues, Country and Gospel 💯👍👏

Elvis had a full Orchestra then his own personal Band by him the three black girls was called The Sweet Inspirations he also had JD Sumner and the stamps which were gospel group all of this was his Las Vegas venue when he first began it was just Elvis and a guitar player and drum players and it was in 1970 when he started in Vegas when he had all of this extra but still in all if you notice Elvis just had a microphone way back in the 50s it was just Elvis in the microphone and whoever was playing with him he didn't have all of this mix now in Vegas with all this back up singers and his orchestra and his own personal band Yes it made him sound even better but the music was still raw Elvis no auto-tuning to make him sound better AKA Elvis Junkie

I know that he hated the title "the king" but he IS the king of entertainment. Nobody has ever accomplished what he did in such a short period and sold as many records as he has, over a billion at last count in the 1990s but millions more since. So he deserves that title, the king!

Elvis' band reunited sometime in the early 2000s and they sang along with old footage of Elvis on stage and it was very touching when they did this song Just Pretend because it was a Just Pretend type of concert. It showed years later Elvis' old band mates still miss him. The song was interpreted as if Elvis was speaking to all his fans and friends beyond the grave - that was a very touching performance. Elvis kind of filled my childhood back in the 70s just as his concerts were an event for everyone. Somehow music got emotionally colder in the late 70s and it may have never completely recovered.

Please find Pastor Bob Joyce, maybe Elvis didn't leave the stage, now he serves the Lord, his sermons are off the charts, he has Elvis's hands, you'll see,,, prepare yourself though, I cried for hours when I heard him, he is born again in Christ, Bob is the best 2 for 1 deal in the whole wide world, God always had a way out for him. Not asking for a reaction, though your's was beautifully honest, peace out wee sister.

As soon as Elvis started singing and I saw your face, I knew you were going to be moved by the sincerity and emotion of the vocal delivery. Although it broadly fits into the country genre, it does feel gospel-y, doesn't it? Elvis definitely took you to church. He had such an incredible range - he truly could sing so many different genres and styles. Once again, I am enjoying your deep dive into Elvis. I don't think you've actually reacted to Elvis doing gospel yet. Maybe the Gospel Production from the 68 Comeback Special should be next? kzbin.info/www/bejne/f5yxop-ppJ12d68 I also did a search and I don't see a reaction to If I Can Dream yet. That's from the same show. You should check that song out soon. I already know you'll love it. kzbin.info/www/bejne/q17TgZKaeMqhgKM

,, Elvis grew up in the poor section of Tupelo Mississippi and he went to assume live God church he also went to the black churches that's where he got his jumping around and moving that's where he gets his sound that he has some gospel to him he also has rhythm and blues and souls because he had a lot of black friends you need to see the documentary sworn into all of your black Brothers have been playing it on KZbin and they're very shocked to see how much Elvis black he took from white folks because they thought he was singing black people's music stodeh black people's music but he just at that time that have no song so beyond of his own so he sang songs with other people mostly blacks and he was the first white man to take off the sounded like a black man as far as the entertainment business was concerned it wasn't a racist bone in his body AKA Elvis Junkie

This is why there was not a song writer alive in the 1970s that wouldn't want Elvis singing their song. Not one. They all chased him down so that he could do THIS for their work of art. His ability to reach emotions was more legendary than even his look or vocal skill. What ever you call "IT"... Elvis was the only one who got it.

If you want to hear gospel try they might 1872 version of How Great Thou Art do not play the 1977 version because that was the last time he sang it and six weeks later they had passed away and he looked very bad that night his face was bloated he had gained a lot of weight but most of it comes from the fact not just the drugs but the fact that his left side of his heart I believe her the right side was larger than the other side and if he wasn't pumping all the fluid out of his body so that's why he looks so bloated it wasn't all fat like a lot of people like the calling bad Elvis I think that's very disrespectful Elvis worked himself to death and they're in the end he felt like I think very depressed you have to know about his life to know all these things and I guess the demons got the best of me but the way I look at it the King of Kings not the king of kings the king of rock is up in heaven singing for the king of kings AKA Elvis Junkie
