It’s very sad to hear that the first owners and designer of the house sadly died in a plane crash. The house and area is beautiful, and it’s good to know that the house won’t be torn down. Great video Billy, and Trey.

Billy and Trey isn’t this the house that Larry geller did a meet and greet and tell stories about Elvis? I may have it confused with another place.

I was lucky enough to get to go in this house in 96. I was doing what you're doing for about 30min. Turned out there was a caretaker in the house the whole time I never saw. He was out front checking the mail when I asked if he had come out of that house and he said yes. So of course I asked if I could go in. He said yes as long as I didn't share my video with anyone else. Very nice. You can almost get lost in the house because of the floor plan. It has different levels but it seems like your not going up and down stairs. Just the master bedroom felt like it was above the rest. It is a cool house.

The houses almost looks and reminds me of a futuristic design. Kind of like the Jetsons. But very cool looking. I can see why Elvis liked it. Great video ! Thanks Billy and Trey

Beautiful house, I had a friend from Atlanta that moved out west took several photos about 15 years ago of this house and another house Elvis owned out there but sadly with technology mishaps I no longer have them, nowadays I'd have backups in the cloud. Wonderful to see this house again the architect was so futuristic that his design still looks from the future. Great video thanks as always to you and Trey, keep them coming.

I love your videos. They are very informative and entertaining. There are lots of things about Elvis's houses that are amazing. On a side note I was stationed in Germany in the 3rd Armored Division. I was in a place called Kirchgoens. Just north of Bad Nauhiem you had Butsbach. And to the west of Butsbach was Kirchgoens. Kind of in the middle of nowhere. I was in the 4th Battalion, 32 Armored Regiment. I was on the M1A1 Abrams tank and we would have to drive our tanks on the Autobahn to the Friedburgh Training Area(FTA) for manouvers occasionally. I got to eat at the Elvis Presley Memorial Dining Facility on base there and got to see the old barracks. And got to walk around there in Elvis's footsteps. I was in Germany when they deactivated the 3rd Armored Division. That was a sad day my friend. I was in Germany from 1988 to 1993 then I went to Ft Riley. I really enjoyed your Germany videos as it brings back a lot of memories for me as well. I hope you are getting some peace of mind lately, I heared about the doja incident. I myself am trying to find my way back to Christ. You have to love your enemies and forgive them. Repent, repent, repent. The road to heaven is small and narrow, the road to hell is wide. It's hard to follow in Jesus' footsteps. If you went to Israel and did some videos about The Lord, I know Elvis would love it. And you would be blessed God bless you and Take care my friend.

Freeman I am glad you got to get on the base.. I wasn't so lucky but did film there just not on the base except the drone.. I am so glad you are saved.. I have forgiven them but it is still not over.. I have already been planning to film in Israel the same style I film here.. I might be able to get there in 2023 not sure yet.. God Bless You and Merry Christmas!!

My mom lives in Palm Springs she lives down the street Chino Canyon Road . Elvis’s home elvis lived there seven years I was told by some of the community that lived there since the late 1960’s Elvis was out there three months out of the year during those seven years owning his house 1970 - 1977 , My mom worked in Palm Springs as a bartender drink server she knew a lot of the old-school people that lived there during the 60’s & 70s and Elvis used to hang out in his limousine watching people outside walking around Palm Springs . Interesting story🤔🥰 but I must say it is a sad cloud over the property that all those people died, contractor, wife, son and daughter- in-law and the others. No wonder Elvis had an aversion to flying…Patsy Cline, Buddy Holly and more from the ‘50’s. So sad. But still it is quite a stunning house. I heard somewhere there was no insulation in the house so it could get really hot or cold depending. But they did have air-conditioning I understand.😅

My girlfriend and I went to that house about 5 years ago when we visited Palm Springs. At that time they had tours that were expensive enough that we decided against it. It was mostly because I felt the inside was not going to be authentic, since the owners(s) had long since remodeled over the years. However,...at the top of the hill on that same road was another house that Elvis had stayed in/owned?? and we were able to walk around the outside and look in, as well as the pool area.....as landscapers were there and had left the gate open. At one time there was an Elvis mural on the house, but,...if I recall it was no longer there when we visited.
