RIP Abuela, it is difficult to be close to someone at the time of transition, the emotions are hyper-active and yet as humans are necessary for the process of learning and understanding. Experiences of transition in my life usually arrived as 1. Protest 2. Denial 3. adjustment My emotions played a major part of that mental process. Reminding one that combining a dream with the passion for life, awakens a profound insight if a deeper experience of love... Waking up means you never really sleep, that is to say cause (you) and effect are also the ingredients of Creation preservation and transition. However, it requires far greater emotion, which calls for a throaty tenor. What really sets a poignant tone to this rendition is the piercing soprano chorus that begins at 2:48, which I can just reach with my soprano. Hitting that high note actually feels physically pleasurable! Now you can see the deep feeling this song means to me.

I love this man. I learned about him at 13, strict parents. Couldn't listen to music unless it was Christian. They had his biography on the radio.
