I was listening to Coast2Coast one night, when they had an Elvis "expert" on who had written a book. During open lines a man called in, and told a story of when he was still in H.S. driving home after work when his car broke down (Memphis, TN). As he worked on it on the side of the road, he heard cars coming toward him and looked up. He saw several State Police coming his way, and they stopped behind him. When he looked back up, he noticed a Limo in between the State Troopers Cars, and Elvis has rolled down the window in the Limo. . One Trooper told him it was Elvis who told them to pull over and help the young man. To make a long story short, they got his car going and he went home. Next day after school he came home and found a brand new Car in his driveway. Guess who bought it for him?
