We watched Elvis over the weekend and im rabbit holing into the real deal. Austin Butler was amazing in his protrayal, but the King can never be duplicated. He was so charismatic. Just a quick smile sent the fans screaming. He knew the control he had over everyone who knew him and saw him. But i believe he did truly appreciate and care about everyone around him. I was born in 67, so i remember the day he died, but was too young to realize what had been lost. E epitomized entertainment and showmanship. Its a shame how the pressures took hold of him. Still the best and still the King.
