My opinion is Harrison was trying to provoke Ely to react aggressively. If he had, Harrison could have immediately escalated and claimed justification etc.. Ely handled it well in that regard.. I wonder what Harrison's dash cam or body cam would show leading up, curious if there was video angle showing what he did, cause he intentionally razzed right up on Ely's ass. Tho because Ely was up at buddies window maybe they'd claim just cause?... Seemed to me Harrison tried to instigate and escalate with that one move. No crime was visibly being committed to warrant Harrison's disregard for law/public safety etc.. because Ely acted as he did, cop immediately tried waving other guy on and ending interaction, cause he was unsuccessful in eliciting an escalatory reaction from Ely, which seemed to be his goal by driving up on him as he did. I can't figure any other reason
