This is exactly why I prefer Rayoxium and Dir3. They always react appropriately from an emotional perspective, and they never sound bored. They seem like they’re correctly interpreting what they’re watching, which shows their expertise.

Not sure why in the first match he brought Lethal without any other aura perks? If youre bringing lethal you want to maximize by getting the extra seconds on other perks generally. Two totem perks was an odd choice since they can go bye bye quickly.

At about the 40 minute mark they're talking about keeping mentality up rather than saying anything about the perfect play required to turn that into a 4 out. I literally rewinded to make sure it wasn't actually something mundane because the commentators didn't even seem to be watching. Way too much focus on the teams, not nearly enough focus on the actual match

Eh it's their job to be entertaining and accessible to all levels of players. Like I forget her name but the girl announcer on Eternal vs Calamity was pretty good not bc of her knowledge but bc she made it feel exciting. If you're seeing the details they "missed" you don't really need them pointed out. Plus it's really hard in the moment to notice every detail and mention it. Tho I do agree some were obvious calls to make, nothing will ever be better than Hens and Otz announcing what will happen before it even does lol

Spoilers. Plague set: v1’s second hook was the win, not the hook on Mada as was called. 3 fresh is better than 2 fresh. Xeno could have camped Nigel to 2nd and won. He chose to go looking instead. Lots of miscalls on the win condition in this game.
