Em cosmetics is just one of those brands that is so aesthetically pleasing. It’s up there with Glossier, the packaging and presentation is so minimalist and trendy without feeling like it’s going to be out of date in a few months. Excellent video as always Julia!

@@perfumaphilia3246 Michelle redesigned the aesthetic. The old Em Cosmetics was with Lancôme and they tried to control the brand heavily. Michelle ended up buying the brand back from Lancôme 3 to 4 years later.

Em cosmetics is one of my favourite brands! Even tho they don’t have that many products in comparison to other brands, i just like how they are very patient with their launches, and put a lot of thoughts and care into their products. Therefore, almost every single launch from them is like a surprise, and their products are always so beautiful and well-thought out. I really enjoy using their products, and none of them turned out to be a flop. Also the packaging and the overall style is so nice to look at. It’s nothing flashy but really beautiful for everyday use which is practical. So i am always gonna be a fan!

I bought the blush serum in Rose Milk when it first came out and I love it. However, I've been on the fence about buying more products from EM Cosmetics because I hadn't seen any in depth reviews like yours and as soon as I was done watching the video I made my second purchase. Thank you for sharing both your beauty and talent/skill in your videos. I'm a huge fan of yours.

I read a review of someone with oily skin said the serum blushes were nice, I’m curious to try now during winter as my cheeks get dry/oily and certain serums and oils really help on those patches.

I'm glad you got them in PR. I wasn't happy to see that they only offer DHL shipping to Canada and i'd have to pay duties on top of $23.44 USD shipping, the blushes are lovely but $25 usd each is a lot, so I can't justify this right now. It would be around $90 USD just to get 2 blushes with shipping and taxes. Absurd

I purchased this palette and a lip tint. Love the product but the DHL shipping. As I tracked the package it had a mis-shipped to a wrong post office city. Ugh not reliable company. And according to the map on shop app, my package shipped to the airport. Yes I luv near my local airport but I do not live at the airport! 😳

I have combo skin and my skin absolutely loves the serum blushes. Unfortunately dry products/powders on my skin are very irritating so i tend to gravitate towards creamy or wet products in general. The serums are amazing though, they stay in place and don't move on my skin throughout the day, very pigmented and buildable.

I'd like to buy the Rose Milk blush but I'm wondering if it is different enough from the glossier's blush in Puff...? rose milk looks like it's a bit more nude than puff which is def on the pinkier side. I'm new to blushes(yes I know lol) but I also try to keep my makeup collection very minimal(trying to be a smart consumer and not impulse buy too similar products). I'd like to hear y'all opinion ! :)

é_è I have a cloud paint I just haven’t used it on my face yet but from all the reviews I’ve seen and comments I’ve read- some people have a problem with the Em cosmetic droppers and her blushes are liquidy and a lot more dewier than glossier- the glossier one is still dewy but it’s not as extreme as em cosmetics

é_è I know I am four months late to the party (I’m binging em cosmetics reviews right now). I have both products and glossier’s puff feels like a more cool/bubblegum pink than em’s rose milk. The serum blush is also much more liquid-y and EXTREMELY dewy, but I feel like both products are hard to over-apply unless you’re really trying. I love them both, but I find myself reaching for the em blush more because it’s a versatile nude pink.

I was surprised to learn that Em Cosmetics isn't considered cruelty free! Somehow I thought they were. :( Julia, Is there a reason you don't especially feature, or mention when a product is cruelty free? I promise this isn't a challenge or a judgement. I truly am wondering if there's a reason.

Em Cosmetics is cruelty-free. "EM Cosmetics on Twitter: "Yes, all of our products are vegan and cruelty free!"

@@LoveKeebuu They are not listed as cruelty free by Leaping Bunny, Peta, Logical Harmony or Cruelty Free Kitty. Unfortunately a lot of companies claim to be cruelty free that are not. Often it can be because they don't test on animals but their suppliers do, or they are sold in mainland China where they're required to be tested, or at minimum subject to testing (on animals) at any time. Companies that are truly cruelty free only have cruelty free suppliers and don't sell in mainland China. I don't know the reason EM is not listed anywhere as cruelty free other than by their own claim.
