The reason why it is stand alone was because it was originally built as an in-fill block beside some older low rise blocks built during the 1950s. These blocks were demolished in the 1980s when CTE was built.

That was meant for residents staying at the 20th floor to call Lift B.

@@CYLONLIFTSROBLOX It will call lift B to come down to 1 and you can use the lift and take it up to the 20th floor. The reason being is because Lift A does not serve 20th floor but rather goes up to a max of 19 floors.
