for long question you have to find the expression for different propagation characteristics like alpha beta gamma skin depth attenuation etc

Agar σ=0 hota h free space m to σ=JE ke hisaab se E ki bhi value 0 hona chahiye free space m, aisa kyu nhi hota ?

Sir AKTU syllabus me Maxwell's eq in vaccum and non conducting medium hai,is this is same as eq in free space or not? Please reply me sir

Vacuum means free space so equations r same. But for non conducting it can be like dielectric.
