I don't know. It's too convenient that he says 'rappers' 'clowns' and 'clouds' in the same line. I don't think he's going out of his way to do it by any means, but he's definitely pulling on the strings for fun I think. Especially when he's already done the "NF'ing recovery clone of me" line.
