I’ve been suffering from insomnia for a while now, and as a last resort I try to watch ASMR for sleep aid. I’ve become immune to them but I decided to give it one last try and this is the first video of yours that I watched. I couldn’t get past the first 5 minutes because I immediately fell asleep! I wanted to thank you for helping me have the best sleep I’ve had in years! Keep up the great work ❤

I see other insomniacs have commented here before me so I'm sure you must have heard this a million times before, but you have no idea how much you've helped me the last few months 💕 Your "close your eyes and follow my instructions" videos are the first ASMR videos to actually make me fall asleep in years. I am struggling so much at the moment, so your channel has been such a lifeline. Thank you. I also want to say that i really love the tasks / instructions you come up with. They're unique and creative - i can tell you've put a lot of thought into them! They arent just copy and paste ideas from other videos, you've made them your own. I find them really fun to do but not *so* much fun that it keeps me awake if that makes sense? My favourites are the ones where you trace the words out and we have to guess what word it is! If you do more of these videos (and I'm really hoping you do 🤞) then I'd love if you could include more of those please. Only if you want to of course, i love all the tasks :) Thank you again for all your creativity and time 💕

People dont use mechanical clocks anymore. Its a shame as they are wonderful pieces. I had to migrate to a smartwatch for excercise registering purposes, but i ALWAYS have an analog clock face. And since its a samsung watch, its round which is pleasing to the eye unlike the square stuff from apple.

Something i heard another asmrtist do (alwaysslightlysleepy) is periodically tell you to focus. now maybe this wouldn’t work well in a strictly eyes closed scenario, but it personally helps me. My mind WANDERS sometimes. I can see it working better in a 50/50 kinda scenario

I'm new to making asmr videos myself and was so curious how you get your sound quality so clear? I use iPhone to shoot my videos and have MacBook air for editing and can't seem to get my quality to not sound grainy 😂❤ any tips help!

Hey! Sound is so hard to get right 😭 I film on my iphone as well, but I record the audio with a blue yeti, so that helps! There are a bunch of other little things that go into the final sound, like gain control, the actual room I am filming in, whether or not I remember to turn the ac off, how loud i turn the volume up during editing, and other post-processing effects. It’s honestly pretty hard, especially when making asmr content, as there isn’t really a rulebook for how things should be set up! Feel free to ask more questions!
