The argument this Ghamidist has is that Ghamidi saahib did not call Ahmedi as non muslim and did not call them Muslim either. However what he's missing is that in "response" to a question like "Do you consider them Muslims?" situation becomes different. In response to such a question if a person says that I cannot call them non muslims then the answer automatically becomes "Yes" and that they are muslims. Unless it is explicitly said "I don't know", the answer will be considered a "Yes", if it is not "No". For example if I'm asked, "Are you fat?" and I say "I'm not slim" and then full stop, then the answer becomes "Yes I'm fat". However if the answer is something other than yes or no, then I'm supposed to mention it explicitly, for example "I'm athletic" or "I don't know". If none of these statements are made explicitly then the answer will be considered as either "Yes" or "No" for any question which starts with "Are you.." or "Do you.." What Ghamidi saahib did is tried to "compromise" in answering the question but he needs to understand that such compromise becomes misleading for the audience. So there's a chance that Ghamidi saahib did not deliberately want to mislead people but Qaiser saahib is also right that such things must not be taken non seriously by someone who comes on stage as an expert. Humans make errors and it's also a responsibility to correct what has been identified as wrong.

حضرت محمد رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلّم کی تمام دیگر انبیاء و رُسل سے ایک امتیازی شان آپ علیہ السلام کا مقامِ ختم نبوت ہے۔ اب تاقیامت اللہ تعالیٰ کی محبت کا حصول صرف اور صرف حضور علیہ السلام کی پیروی سے نہ صرف مشروط کر دیا گیا ہے بلکہ اس کا وعدہ اور پیش گوئی بھی کر دی گئی ہے۔ یہ ہے حقیقی ختم نبوت۔ دلیل اس کی قرآن مجید کی آیت کریمہ ہے۔ کہ قُلْ إِن كُنتُمْ تُحِبُّونَ اللَّهَ فَاتَّبِعُونِي يُحْبِبْكُمُ اللَّهُ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ ۗ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ (3:31) حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تک اللہ تعالیٰ بغیر کسی گزشتہ نبی کی پیروی نبوت کا انعام عطا فرماتا تھا ۔ اب حضور اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی ختم نبوت کے بعد نبوت کا انعام اللہ تعالیٰ اور حضورِ اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی پیروی سے مشروط فرما دیا گیا ہے۔ ارشاد باری تعالیٰ ہے۔ وَمَن يُطِعِ اللَّهَ وَالرَّسُولَ فَأُولَٰئِكَ مَعَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِم مِّنَ النَّبِيِّينَ وَالصِّدِّيقِينَ وَالشُّهَدَاءِ وَالصَّالِحِينَ ۚ وَحَسُنَ أُولَٰئِكَ رَفِيقًا (4:69). پس یہ وہ نبوت سمیت انعام ہیں جس کے حصول کی دعا ہم نماز کی ہر رکعت میں صراط الذین انعمت علیھم میں کرتے ہیں۔

The crux of Ghamidi sahab's stance is that if a person claims to be a muslim and gives logic of his argument, we don't have any jurisdiction to label him as non muslim because we have no means to measure his intention that is he in some fallacy or doing it deliberately. In this way, many of the other groups are going to be labelled as non muslims in one way or other, and specially sufis, whose concepts of Khatam e Nabuwat are very similar to Ahmadis, replacing the concepts with softer terminologies only. So, we don't have any jurisdiction to label anyone as non muslim as every single individual perceives his or her opinion as true, so the margin of human error must be kept in mind for ourselves also. Only what we can do is to point out their mistake. Ahmadis believe in Quran. They do believe in Prophet Muhammad SAW. Ok their concept of Khatam e Nabuwat is wrong according to us, but we can educate them. I don't see any point in insisting that they should be labelled as non Muslims. And that reference to Muslima Bin Qazaab, as per Ghamidi sab's views, anyone on whom Ihtmam e Hujjat is done, is treated differently from others. For this, you need to check his views on the concept of Itmam e Hujjat. He explained it in every detail. After that, you have every right to disagree...
