Damac Hills 2 for example is easier to access (20-30min) and they start from 1.2m. And even those are abandoned. Let the people know the truth. but its ur job to sell so can''t blame you. Good Luck.

Dubai will build around the new airport as well. The city will expand towards Dubai South, new attractions and activities will come towards this side. Eventually a new downtown will be developed in Jebel Ali. The new airport and center of Dubai will shift. And then this will be prime real estate in a decade from now. I advise you to look into D33 and Vision 2040. I'm an investment advisor, so I have to give my audience the best up and coming opportunities which will give them the maximum bang for their buck.
