Email accounts- 2 Ways to setup Emails in Dynamics 365 Business Central

In this Video, We have learned the following
1. Setup Shared Mailbox in Microsoft 365 Admin center and configure it in Business Central.
2. Setup Current User Email accounts.

if we get an error called as " resource not discovered " what does this mean

There could be number of reasons for it, It is difficult to comment. Major things which needs to be checked are that - User must have the Exchange online license.
